What follows are the excerpts from the collected journals of Halford Brandybuck and the elf scholar, Fingon Finrod.
It is my hope to work these journals into a novel of sorts; mind you I am quite bothered with writing my own journeys, however!
I am thinking of titling it "Shadows at the Edge". Oh, well, maybe less a novel and more a collection of stories following my dear, dear protege Halford Brandybuck and his compatriots, The Company of Four.
These journal entries are erstwhile and true! Not a drop of fiction in here, I say. A collection of adventures and maps that cross these fallen lands of Eriador with altruistic, stalwart heroic purpose!
I sincerely hope you enjoy these, dear reader. And, do remember, please, I'm not often want to share such things before they are finished, but other pressing issues and stories I've a thirst to write as well...so humbly accept these in their current yet-to-be-molded form.
